The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. After this time limit, if the guest cancels will be charged 50% of the total price of the reservation and 100% if they cancel within the last 20 days before their arrival. If the guest does not show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Studio 4 is a two-room apartment and can accommodate 4 adults. In the first room there are two sofa – beds and in the second 2 single beds and a bathroom. It also has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, hair dryer, kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils and fridge. It has a private balcony with table and chairs. An extra bed can be placed for the accommodation of 5 people upon request.
